Ordinarily two months prior to the commencement of works.
Can my neighbour ignore the Notice?
No, the Notice must be replied to within 14 days.
Do I need drawings serve the Notice?
Yes, the Notices should be accompanied by drawings identifying the works that fall under the Party Wall Act.
